Team profile: The team consists of 14 professional teachers, including 3 professors, 7 associate professors and 4 lecturers, forming a teaching team with reasonable age structure and academic background structure. The team members are all responsible for the teaching tasks of sociology and social work for undergraduate and graduate students. They have the theoretical foundation of high-quality research on social development and rural revitalization, master the methods of social investigation, and are familiar with Chinese and foreign social welfare policies, laying a human foundation for university teaching and scientific research.
Main Achievements: In terms of course construction, the team broadcast two courses on The MOOC network of Chinese universities, forming the "online + offline" mixed teaching mode. In terms of practical teaching, relying on the teaching practice base of school-local cooperation, the team has carried out professional cognition and teaching practice for a long time, formed a comprehensive innovative practice teaching mode of social work, and published three books on educational reform and two textbooks. Guided students to apply theoretical knowledge to practice, approved 8 national and provincial college students innovation and entrepreneurship projects, 4 national and provincial Challenge Cup awards, 1 Fei Xiaotong field research project funding plan. Won the Teaching team of Shaanxi Rural Social Development, one teaching team of Shaanxi Curriculum Ideological and Political Demonstration Course, presided over and participated in two first prizes and one second prize of university-level teaching achievements; In terms of case teaching, the team has accumulated abundant field investigation data centering on rural revitalization and high-quality social development. Based on this, the team has developed cases and applied them to teaching, effectively improving the quality of undergraduate teaching. The case database "Social Work Practice Cases" completed in 2017 was rated as university-level excellent; In terms of scientific research achievements feeding back teaching, the team has formed a virtuous cycle of "improving scientific research level - improving teaching quality - improving student quality". In recent years, team members have undertaken 32 national and provincial scientific research projects and published 54 academic papers in important journals at home and abroad. The profound accumulation of scientific research feeds back teaching, and has presided over 26 provincial, ministerial and university-level educational reform projects. From 2016 to 2020, she won the Teaching Quality Award of NORTHWEST A&F University for 9 times, the Teaching Quality Award of Postgraduates of Northwest A&F University for 8 times, one "My Favorite teacher" and three teachers' moral model.
